All purchases are processed through our authorised payment processors (Lemon Squeezy, Apple App Store, or Google Play), which act as merchants of record. By making a purchase, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.
Upon purchase, DeltaForma OÜ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased digital product for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased product, please contact us at admin@deltaforma.ee and we will work to resolve the issue.
Refund requests processed through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective refund policies.
All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our website and in our products are the exclusive property of DeltaForma OÜ or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
